Nicole Montalvo killing: State, defense rest in trial against estranged husband, father-in-law

After some delays Monday, jurors will hear the state’s final witnesses Tuesday morning at the Osceola County Courthouse in the trial for the father and son accused of killing and dismembering St. Cloud woman Nicole Montalvo.
