Leumas Rafael Moraza was found guilty last week of shooting and killing a Puerto Rican woman in 2018 at the Kissimmee motel where she lived after fleeing the devastation on the island caused by Hurricane María. Moraza, 41, was found guilty last week by a 12-person jury of first-degree murder in the death of María "Betzy" Santiago Burgos, as well as three counts of aggravated assault, courts records show.
